Property Policies
GENERAL
Lali Beach reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest or visitor and to terminate a stay without refund in cases of non-compliance with these policies, unlawful conduct, behavior that affects the safety, comfort, or well-being of other guests, staff, or property, or any violation of hotel rules.
RATES AND TAXES
All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Lali Beach reserves the right to modify rates, promotions, and packages for future reservations without prior notice.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Lali Beach does not provide medical services or medications. In the event of an emergency, hotel staff may assist guests by contacting external medical services. The hotel shall not be responsible for diagnoses, treatments, or services provided by third parties.
MINORS
Minors must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or legal guardians at all times, especially in pool areas, the beach, and common spaces.
ACCESSIBILITY AND SPECIAL NEEDS
Guests requiring special assistance or accessibility accommodations should notify the hotel prior to arrival to verify availability and coordinate any reasonable support that may be provided.
FIRE SAFETY
The use of candles, fireworks, lanterns, flammable materials, or any other open-flame devices is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Guests will be held responsible for any damage resulting from violation of this policy.
PARKING
Complimentary parking is available for registered guests. Lali Beach is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or any belongings left inside vehicles.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Guests may not bring outside food or beverages onto the property for personal consumption without prior authorization from management.
PET POLICY
One pet per reservation is permitted at no additional charge.
A second pet or large-sized pets will require a refundable deposit of $50 per stay. The deposit will be refunded at check-out provided no damage has been caused to guest rooms or hotel facilities.
Guests bringing pets are responsible for their care, supervision, and cleanliness at all times.
Pet Rules:
- Guests are fully responsible for their pets.
- Pets must not disturb or invade the space of other guests.
- Guests must immediately clean up after their pets.
- Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.
- Pets are not allowed in swimming pools, the bar area, or food service areas.
- Pets should be rinsed and cleaned after visiting the beach before entering guest rooms.
- Guests must provide all necessary pet supplies, including food, bedding, bowls, towels, and accessories.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Guests are expected to avoid excessive noise that may disturb others during this time.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES
The possession, handling, transportation, or use of illegal drugs, controlled substances, explosives, hazardous materials, restricted weapons, or any other prohibited items is strictly forbidden on hotel premises.
For the safety of all guests and staff, firearms and weapons of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is prohibited throughout the property except in designated smoking areas located in the parking lot and on the beach.
A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for violations of this policy.
POOL, BEACH, SURF, AND RECREATIONAL AREAS
Guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with swimming, surfing, beach activities, water sports, and recreational activities.
Lali Beach shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use of these areas or failure to comply with established safety rules.
Guests agree to follow all posted rules and instructions provided by hotel staff.
Pool Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Additional Pool Rules:
- Glass containers are not permitted in pool areas.
- Appropriate swimwear is required.
- Guests should shower before entering the pool.
- Pool towels are provided for use within the pool area only and may not be taken to the beach.
- Room towels may not be removed from guest rooms.
- Lost or damaged towels may result in additional charges.
VISITORS
For the safety and security of all guests, any visitor entering a guest room must be registered in advance at reception and may be subject to applicable hotel charges.
The number of visitors may not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for the room.
ALCOHOL AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Lali Beach is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, or incidents involving guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused to hotel property, staff, contractors, or other guests as a result of their actions.
VALUABLES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
All guest rooms are equipped with a safe deposit box.
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Lali Beach is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property in guest rooms, villas, vehicles, or common areas.
LOST KEYS
A replacement fee of $15 will apply for lost room keys.
LEFT BEHIND ITEMS
Perishable food items, beverages, and personal hygiene products left behind after departure may be discarded for sanitary reasons.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all personal belongings are removed before check-out. Lali Beach is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
BREAKFAST AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Complimentary breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Additional kitchen services may be available with at least 24 hours advance notice and may incur additional charges.
PACKAGES, TOURS, AND EXPERIENCES
Additional services and packages, including but not limited to tours, transportation, surf lessons, yoga sessions, massages, barbecue packages, and other experiences, must be paid in full prior to arrival.
Availability is subject to confirmation.
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services.
HOUSEKEEPING
Routine housekeeping service is included during the guest’s stay.
Additional linen changes beyond standard service may be requested for a fee of $20 per service, subject to availability.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, equipment, or hotel facilities. Charges equivalent to repair, replacement, or restoration costs may be applied.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information provided by guests will be used solely for reservation, registration, communication, and services related to their stay, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
CLAIMS AND RESOLUTION OF ISSUES
Any concern or complaint related to a guest’s stay should be reported to the hotel during the stay to allow for a timely resolution.
Lali Beach will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any reported issue.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: 1:00 p.m.
Late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
- $25 per additional hour.
- Departures after 5:00 p.m. will be charged as an additional full night’s stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservation Deposit: 50% of the total stay amount.
- Cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in:
- 72 hours before: 95% of the deposit is refunded.
- 24 hours before: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 24 hours: No deposit refund.
- No-show: Full charge for one night.
- Promotional rates must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
RESERVATION MODIFICATION POLICY
Guests may reschedule their reservation up to 7 days before the original arrival date, subject to availability.
Rates may vary depending on the new selected dates.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before the reservation can be modified.
Only one date change is permitted per reservation.
If the rate for the new dates is lower than the original reservation rate, the original rate will remain applicable.
FORCE MAJEURE
Lali Beach shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, delay, cancellation, or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, storms, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government restrictions, utility failures, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, or any other force majeure event.
