Three years ago, motivated by her desire to generate positive change and build something with purpose, she decided not only to continue her career as a consultant, but also to pursue a new dream: to create a space that offered more than just hospitality. Thus was born the idea of Lali Beach Hotel, a boutique hotel on the coast of Barra Salada, inspired by a connection with nature, conscious design, and sustainable development.
Since its opening two years ago, Lali Beach Hotel has been a reflection of Liliana’s sensitive and determined leadership. Her vision has permeated every aspect of the project: from the architecture integrated with the landscape to the selection of local ingredients and the creation of opportunities for women in the community. More than just a place to stay, the hotel represents a model of regenerative entrepreneurship and female leadership that focuses on the holistic well-being of guests, employees, and the community.
