Property Policies

The hotel reserves the right to admit guests or occasional visitors. In case of non-compliance with these policies and conditions, management has the right to order immediate departure.

The hotel cannot provide any type of medication in case of illnesses and/or accidents inside or outside the premises. If a guest requests medication, they acknowledge that the hotel is not responsible for any side effects or health issues that may arise. The hotel only has a basic emergency kit.

The use of fire, including candles, fireworks, or other flammable objects, is prohibited on our premises. Any damage or violation of this rule will result in the customer accepting full responsibility and covering the cost of damages.

The hotel provides free parking for guests; however, the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or belongings inside them.

Guests are not allowed to bring food or beverages for personal consumption into the hotel.

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed. One pet can stay free of charge as a courtesy from Lali Beach. If the guest wishes to bring a second pet or a larger pet, a $50 deposit is required, which will be refunded upon check-out if no damage has occurred.

Lali Beach assumes that guests bringing pets are responsible for their care and cleanliness. Pets are not allowed in the bar or pools. Please ensure that pets are washed before entering the rooms if they have been at the beach. This includes:

  1. The guest is responsible for their pet.
  2. The guest must ensure their pet respects the environment and does not invade other guests’ space.
  3. The guest must clean up after their pet.
  4. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
  5. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool.
  6. Guests must bring all necessary items for their pets (bed, food, bowls, towels).

Guests must respect and observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. This includes any noise that could disturb other guests at Lali Beach.

Guests agree that handling, transporting, or possessing prohibited substances or objects such as drugs and their derivatives, restricted-use weapons, flammable or explosive substances, items harmful to public health, and any other restricted items are not allowed within the hotel premises.

For security reasons, firearms are not allowed on the premises.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the hotel. The only designated smoking areas are the parking lot and the beach. Non-compliance with this rule will result in a $150 charge.

Guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with using the pool, surf, and beach areas at Lali Beach. They understand that swimming, water activities, and beach recreation involve inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, and drowning. Guests agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Lali Beach. Guests release Lali Beach from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring in the pool, surf, and beach areas.

Pool Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. For safety reasons, glass objects are not allowed around the pool. Please wear appropriate swimwear and shower before entering the pool. Towels are provided for guest convenience in the pool area and may not be used on the beach. Room towels should not be removed; additional charges apply for lost or damaged towels.

For guest safety, any visitor entering a guest’s room must be registered and will be charged an additional fee of $25 per person. The number of visitors must not exceed the maximum room occupancy.

Lali Beach is not responsible for accidents involving guests under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances within the premises. Guests are responsible for any costs and damages caused by their actions, including damage to the property, staff, or other guests.

All rooms are equipped with a safe. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of guest belongings. Lali Beach is not responsible for the loss of personal items inside the villas or public areas.

A $15 fee will be charged for lost room keys.

Any forgotten personal items will be discarded for hygiene reasons. The hotel is not responsible for valuable lost items.

Breakfast (included) is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Additional kitchen service is available but must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance for an extra fee.

Additional services or packages (e.g., tours) must be paid in advance before arrival. Availability is subject to confirmation. No refunds will be issued if the guest does not attend the scheduled package.

Lali Beach provides room cleaning during a guest’s stay. However, additional sheet or towel changes beyond what is initially provided in the room are not included. If guests require this service, a $20 charge applies for cleaning and linen change.

Any damages to rooms or facilities will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of repairs.

CONDITIONS

Check-in & Check-out:

  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: 1:00 p.m.
  • Late check-out fee: $25 per additional hour

If you wish to extend your check-out time, it will depend on hotel availability and will incur an additional charge. Please inform reception. Otherwise, the following charges will apply: An additional hour before or after room check-in will cost $20. Check-out after 5:00 pm: Full night’s rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Reservation Deposit: 50% of the total stay amount.
  • Cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in:
    • 48 hours before: 95% of the deposit is refunded.
    • 24 hours before: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
    • Less than 24 hours: No deposit refund.
  • No-show: Full charge for one night.
  • Promotional rates must be prepaid and are non-refundable.

RESERVATION MODIFICATION POLICY

Guests may reschedule their booking up to 7 days before the original reservation date, subject to availability. Rates may vary, and any outstanding balance must be paid before rebooking. Only one date change is allowed. If the new rate is lower than the original booking price, the original price will be maintained.
